Our aim is to understand how community-led action at a hyperlocal level can work in partnership with NHS systems and local government, and to surface frontline insights that can help shape health policy.

A Neighbourhood Health Service: Community sector reflections on the NHS 10 Year Plan

The NHS 10 Year Plan’s shift toward community-based healthcare is a welcome step, however without deeper partnerships with local organisations, it risks falling short. Long-term funding, community co-design and local infrastructure is required for the Plan to succeed.
