3ni is a learning network offering a new platform for local government officers to collaborate, share best practice and drive community-led neighbourhood regeneration across England.

Local Trust is excited to announce the launch of the national network for neighbourhood improvement (3ni), a new learning network designed specifically for local government officers dedicated to advancing best practices in community-led neighbourhood regeneration.

Developed by Local Trust and supported by New Local, 3ni offers a platform for collaboration and innovation in local government efforts to transform neighbourhoods across the country.

Building on the success of Local Trust’s Big Local programme, 3ni brings together insights from innovative local government projects, evidence from previous regeneration efforts and the lessons learned from community-led neighbourhood renewal initiatives.

3ni aims to strengthen the evidence base around three key areas:

  • Social infrastructure investment and its impact on improving life outcomes
  • The transformative value of community-led regeneration in neighbourhoods
  • Best practices in fostering partnerships between local governments and communities

Membership to 3ni is completely free and offers access to a range of exclusive benefits, including cutting-edge research, funded study visits and both online and in-person events.
