Creative Civic Change

These three films were created as part of the Creative Civic Change programme, launched by Local Trust, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch) and National Lottery Community Fund in July 2018. They explore the role arts play in strengthening connections within communities and how creating, participating and commissioning arts can give residents a voice they have never had before.
