Community Contributions in Later Life
Evidence from Local Trust was submitted to The Centre for Ageing Better.
In this briefing, Local Trust examines the contribution to community life within Big Local of those aged over 50 years old. The report identifies the factors that both encourage and discourage older people from participating in community life. It identifies examples of where effective action has been taken to engage over 50s in their communities across Big Local areas.
