With their initial planning phase behind them, communities from Corby to Cornwall were looking forward to a bumper year of creative activity, but when the pandemic struck they had to change their plans.
Thanks to their imagination, determination and access to flexible funding Creative Civic Change communities not only adjusted plans, but responded in ways that brought much needed joy and togetherness to their neighbourhoods. This report shows what they did, how they did it and what we can learn from their experiences.
