Big Local partnerships and the public sector: scoping paper

This briefing is part of our Local Trust research papers series, originally shared internally with staff and explores the relationship between Big Local partnerships and the public sector, bringing together existing information and data from within the Big Local programme to understand: who Big Local partnerships work with within the public sector, the nature of their relationships with the public sector, and the  challenges and opportunities surrounding relationships.

Following this paper, an in depth piece of research was commissioned to better understand the extent to which Big Local areas were working with local authorities, housing associations, schools and health agencies, and the outcomes and effectiveness of these relationships.
