Worker Network: Communicating with your partnership about closing out
In this Workplace Live event, we'll be hosting a quick fire session examining the power of influence, importance of rapport, flexible communication and more.
At this Workplace Live event, we’ll be continuing the workers network by covering:
- A quick-fire session with tools and resources
- The power of influence that we all have inside us
- The importance of rapport and flexible communication
- Tips for influencing stakeholders using an evidence based and self-regulated approach
- Tools for navigating difficult conversations and interpersonal conflicts
- Scenario based examples of what worked well / not so well with multiple stakeholders
- Signposting to available resources for further information
