Do you have or are you establishing a Big Local legacy organisation?
This bite size introduction session hosted by Imogen Potter and Gareth Hart from PoP Ideas will run you through key ‘must dos’ for a successful organisation, give you some hints and tips, and set you up with the questions you need to ask yourself to get the right support.
It will cover:
* Mastering good governance
*Finance essentials and approaches to income generation
*Knowing what you want to achieve and planning how you’ll get there
*Proving the difference you’ll make
Come and share your insights and gain new ones. This session will be delivered online and is open to all Big Local areas.
