This workshop will be delivered by the Failspace Team who Local Trust is working with to better understand what might be gained from more honest conversations about failure.
Failspace start from the premise that projects are rarely an outright success or failure. Rather, success and failure are better understood to exist over a range of facets, to different degrees, and seen differently by different stakeholders over different time periods. But it is only through acknowledging this that we truly learn in ways that support the change in our communities which we are all working towards.
At this workshop you will gain practical skills to enable you to learn from failure in your partnerships. Using creative tools designed by the project team we will listen to other people share their stories of failure and in breakout groups spend some time reflecting on what success and failure might look like to us.
