Big Local chairs network: Admire and inspire – a spotlight on you

In this session, chairs will have an opportunity to reflect, explore and discuss personal achievements of being in a chair’s role as the majority of Big Local areas start to approach the close out phase.

Chairs play a crucial role in coordinating and leading volunteer efforts, often working tirelessly behind the scenes. However, it’s equally important for them to step into the spotlight occasionally and celebrate their own achievements. By doing so, they not only acknowledge their hard work but also inspire and motivate others.

Chairs can shine the spotlight on themselves by sharing success stories, discussing lessons learned and how they will continue using this experience in future endeavours.

In this session you will have the opportunity to reflect, share and explore personal achievements, lessons learned and success stories through a facilitated discussion.
