Continuing Community Action  

An evening meal and day event that will focus on how you can lead change in your community, beyond the Big Local funding programme. Signposting you to the organisations and networks that can support you to continue your community work, as either an individual volunteer or as part of a legacy organisation.
Connect with your Big Local peers for a day focused on continuing, to lead change in your community, beyond the Big Local funding programme. 

In September, there will be 6 months left of the Big Local funding programme. To mark this, we are inviting you to join us for an evening meal and a day of workshops, to focus on where you can find support beyond Big Local funding. 

It will be packed with workshops, guest speakers and the opportunity to build connections with local organisations and funders. Big Local areas still in the programme and those closing out during 2025 are welcome to attend. More details and information on workshops and networking will be available soon. This is just a chance to register your interest in attending 

Who is this event open to? 

This area is open to: volunteers and workers from projects within Big Local areas. Areas that are still in the programme and those who have graduated in 2025 are welcome to attend. At the moment, we are limiting tickets to two per Big local area.
