Big Local workers' survey 2018
We need your help for the first survey of Big Local's workers
What is the Big Local workers' survey 2018?
Big Local workers – the people paid to support the Big Local partnership and the delivery of Big Local – are making an incredible contribution to Big Local, and we want to know more about them and their work. There are now over 250 workers across the 150 Big Local areas carrying out a variety of roles and contributing to change across Big Local areas.
Our first survey of workers is an important opportunity for us to hear directly from them about their experiences of Big Local, including what is working for them and what could be better. It is also an opportunity for us to learn about a key group of people and gain valuable feedback that will help us to develop the programme.
Who should complete the survey?
The survey is for anyone who is currently paid to support the Big Local partnership and the delivery of Big Local. If you are not sure if that is you, please ask your Big Local rep or contact us. If you aren’t sure what a Big Local partnership is, you can read more about Big Local partnerships here.
When can I complete the survey?
The survey will be available online between Monday 16 July and Friday 14 September 2018. You will not be able to complete it before!
We will share a link to the survey with Big Local reps and Locally Trusted Organisations (LTOs) on Monday 16 July, who will then send this directly to any paid workers in the Big Local area.
If you are a worker and do not receive a link to the survey, please let us know and we will send it to you.
When will we find out the results of the survey?
We will share the findings from the survey at the end of the year. The findings will also be shared at the learning and networking event for LTOs, workers and partnerships on 14 November 2018 (more information about this event will be soon).
