Dispute and conflict resolution in Big Local areas

Invitation to tender

January 2017

Local Trust is interested in working with organisations that can support the resolution of disputes and conflict between people and groups in Big Local areas.

Based on our learning and experience to date we are interested in working with specialist organisations that are able to support people involved in Big Local to resolve disputes and conflict locally. We envisage appointing and working with a provider that will deliver support on a national scale to support us and those we work with.

The successful contractor will need to understand Big Local, our values, ethos and approach to creating resident-led change. We need consistent high quality and appropriate support, as well as a passion and commitment to our work. We will continue to have a separate procedure for formal complaints regarding the administration of the programme.
