About this event

This learning event aims to bring Big Local areas together to share experience around evaluation - how you know if you are making a difference. Join us to share your successes and challenges. Pin down the difference you want to make; how to choose what to measure; and what data to collect that brings these changes to light.

Who is this for?

  • This event is for people in Big Local areas who want to:
  • Know the difference their Big Local activities are making
  • Learn tools and techniques on how to measure and capture changes to their local area
  • Meet other Big Local areas to share experience

Further information

This learning and networking event is an opportunity to meet members of other Big Local partnerships, explore different approaches to evaluation and share ideas and good practice on how to show the positive difference that Big Local is making.

Participants at the event will leave with ideas on how to choose what to measure to highlight the difference which is being made. There will be ideas on how to go about collecting the information, and how to document it in ways that are fun and engaging. Participants should to leave with an action plan of next steps.
